The fund is also seeing growing interest from Asian investors.<\/p>\n<p>ZDR Investments SG VCC is a feeder fund connected to the European-based <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zdrinvestments.sg\/fund\/master-fund\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">ZDR Master Fund<\/a>, managing <b>46 properties across six European countries<\/b>, with a combined property value of <b>EUR 614.3 million<\/b> and annual rental income of <b>EUR 37.7 million<\/b>. The portfolio maintains a <b>99.8% occupancy rate<\/b>, alongside a weighted average lease expiry (WALE) of <b>7.4 years<\/b>, reflecting the stability and long-term nature of its underlying assets.
