At hospitals with four or more veterinarians, that share climbs to nearly 3 in 10.\n<\/li>\n<li><b>Veterinarians want to grow preventive care.<\/b> The single category vets most want to expand is wellness exams (35%), followed by endectocide prescriptions (20%) and combination vaccinations (18%). The busiest vets lean instead toward complete &amp; therapeutic diet prescriptions \u2014 a category staff can help deliver.\n<\/li>\n<li><b>They want less in-clinic pet boarding.<\/b> Among vets whose clinics offer boarding, 33% want to scale it back \u2014 non-medical work with a heavy staff burden.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&#8220;Japanese veterinarians are telling us exactly where they want to grow: preventive care.
