On June 14, 2023<\/span>, Staff notified the Company that its common shares failed to maintain a minimum bid price of $1.00<\/span> over the previous 30 consecutive business days as required by the Listing Rules of The Nasdaq Stock Market.<\/p>\n

On June 12, 2024<\/span>, Nasdaq provided confirmation to the Company that for the last 10 consecutive business days from May 29, 2024<\/span> to June 11, 2024<\/span>, the closing bid price of the Company’s common shares has been at or above US$1.00<\/span>. Accordingly, the Company has regained compliance with the minimum bid price requirement and this matter is now closed.<\/p>\n
