In remembrance of those who lost their lives in the Tai Po fire, the international education community observed a moment of silence before the opening of the Yidan Prize Summit. Local and international representatives from the public, private, and philanthropic sectors also joined a week of education dialogues. The first day of the Summit brought into focus critical topics, including: Staying human in the age of AI, defining the opportunities and challenges around edtech, how synergy and collaboration drive and sustain change, and cultivating leadership at every level.
