“The launch of MaiA is the actual implementation of the government’s commitment to establishing a smart, inclusive, and sustainable tourism ecosystem,” Minister Widiyanti said in her remarks at the event themed\u00a0Transforming Travel Beyond Ordinary Through Intelligence<\/i>.<\/p>\n

The Minister of Tourism explained that MaiA is not merely a technological innovation, but a representation of a new spirit in Indonesia’s<\/span> tourism services. MaiA serves as a digital travel companion that understands travelers’ needs, helping them discover travel inspiration, create instant routes, and accompany them as they explore Indonesia<\/span> with greater confidence and comfort.<\/p>\n
