This year’s list celebrates 50 organisations across four categories \u2013 micro, small, medium, and large \u2013 that have demonstrated exceptional workplace culture built on trust, inclusivity, and collaboration. The ranking is based on rigorous analytics and confidential employee feedback from more than 103,000 employees representing nearly 50,000 voices across Singapore<\/span>.<\/p>\n

Companies were evaluated through the Great Place To Work\u00ae Trust Index\u00a9 Survey, which measures employees’ experiences of trust, respect, fairness, pride, and camaraderie. To qualify, organisations must be Great Place To Work Certified\u2122 and achieve at least 65% on the Trust Index\u00a9 score, a standard that JustCo surpassed with distinction.<\/p>\n
