PHNOM PENH, Cambodia<\/span><\/span>, Oct. 22, 2025<\/span><\/span> \/PRNewswire\/ — Cambodia’s<\/span> culinary, hospitality, and tourism industries took a major step forward today with the grand opening of CAMFOOD & CAMHOTEL 2025<\/b>, the nation’s No.1 international F&B and Hospitality exhibition.<\/p>\n

Held from 22\u201324 October 2025<\/b> at the Diamond Island Exhibition and Convention Centre (DIECC)<\/b>, the three-day showcase brings together over 250 exhibitors from across the globe<\/b>\u00a0and more than 6,000 trade professionals<\/b>. The opening ceremony was officiated by H.E. Huot Hak<\/span>, Minister of the Ministry of Tourism<\/b>, Oknha<\/b> Lim Socheat<\/span> Vice President of Cambodia<\/span> Chamber of Commerce<\/b>, and Mr. Gerard Leeuwenburgh<\/span>, Country General Manager of Malaysia<\/span> & Cambodia<\/span>, Informa Markets<\/b>, joined by senior dignitaries, industry leaders, and media representatives. Guests were welcomed with inspiring addresses that reflected Cambodia’s<\/span> aspirations for growth, professionalism, and global engagement.<\/p>\n

Tourism contributed about 9.4% to Cambodia’s<\/span> GDP in 2024<\/b>, with international arrivals reaching approximately 6.7 million visitors<\/b>, a 22.9% increase from the previous year. As Cambodia<\/span> continues to strengthen its position as a rising star in ASEAN tourism, CAMFOOD & CAMHOTEL 2025 plays a crucial role as a key driver of growth and innovation in the sector.<\/p>\n

From smart point-of-sale systems <\/b>and energy-efficient kitchen equipment<\/b> to gourmet innovations, wines, <\/b>and integrated hospitality solutions<\/b>, the exhibition provides local enterprises with access to global innovations that can raise service standards and improve competitiveness.<\/p>\n
