Significant strides in green building in Hong Kong<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

According to the latest data from USGBC, as of the first half of 2025:<\/p>\n

  1. Hong Kong<\/span> has accumulated nearly 500 LEED-certified projects, with a total certified area of over 110 million square feet\u2014equivalent to around 40 International Commerce Centres (ICC).<\/li>\n
  2. Over the past five years, LEED-certified buildings in Hong Kong<\/span> have achieved a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 23.4%.<\/li>\n
  3. Office and retail projects account for approximately 80% of all LEED certifications in Hong Kong,\u00a0with the remaining covering data centers, residential buildings, hotels, and logistics facilities\u2014demonstrating that the green transition is extending into new infrastructure and service-oriented spaces.<\/li>\n
