Tencent Cloud today announced its support in the optimization and upgrade of \u201ciAM Smart\u201d, Hong Kong\u2018s one-stop personalized digital services platform, through Tencent Cloud Super App as a Service (TCSAS) solution.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n“iAM Smart” is a one-stop digital services platform launched by the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government\u00a0(HKSAR). It integrates services from various government departments, public and private organizations,\u00a0including\u00a0eTAX, SmartPLAY, eMPF, and application for the International Driving Permit. As of August\u00a02025, the platform has accumulated over 3.6\u00a0million registered users, with services covering taxation, healthcare, education, and transportation.<\/p>\n
TCSAS integrates Tencent’s expertise in mini program development, testing, deployment, operation, and container technology.\u00a0Through TCSAS, “iAM Smart” can build a mini-program matrix within the app, reducing the need to switch between multiple interfaces. Citizens can access services from various government departments, public and private\u00a0organizations\u00a0through a single, unified interface, improving overall service efficiency and achieving the goal of “single portal for online government services”.<\/p>\n
Furthermore, this\u00a0upgrade incorporates several security and quality assurance capabilities\u00a0from Tencent<\/span> Cloud TianYu, Tencent<\/span> WeTest, and other products.
