Located in the province of Isabela, Cagayan Valley region occupying the northeastern section of Luzon, the project will generate more than 68,000 MWh<\/b> (68 GWh) of clean electricity each year \u2014 enough to power around 23,000 homes in the Philippines<\/span><\/b> \u2014 while avoiding approximately 37,000 tonnes of CO\u2082 emissions annually<\/b>, equivalent to removing about 8,000 cars from the road<\/b>.<\/p>\n
