The acquisition was completed on <span class=\"xn-chron\">February 26, 2025<\/span>.<\/p>\n<div class=\"PRN_ImbeddedAssetReference\">\n<\/div>\n<p>Tamibarotene (RN-014) is a retinoic acid receptor agonist for which Rege Nephro is currently conducting a Phase 2 clinical trial in <span class=\"xn-location\">Japan<\/span> in autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease (ADPKD). Rege Nephro expects to initiate clinical trials in <span class=\"xn-location\">the United States<\/span>, after confirming the efficacy and safety in <span class=\"xn-location\">Japan<\/span>.
