The TPKR consists of 5 principles, 4 core pillars, and 27 major components covering the essential elements required to develop a sound transition plan, with reference to the key components proposed by major tools and frameworks underpinning similar overarching elements, such as Task Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosures (TCFD), International Sustainability Standards Board (ISSB), Glasgow Financial Alliance for Net Zero (GFANZ), and the UK Transition Plan Taskforce.
