On February 9, 2024<\/span>, Katy Liu<\/span> notified Visionary Holdings Inc. (the “Company”) of her resignation as its chief financial officer, effective May 6, 2024<\/span>. Ms. Liu’s resignation did not result from any disagreement or disputes with the Company.<\/p>\n

On May 6, 2024<\/span>, the Board appointed Mr. Zhong Chen<\/span>, the Company’s chief executive officer, as its new chief financial officer, effective immediately. Mr. Chen has extensive experience in multinational enterprise project development, operational management, and capital operations.<\/p>\n
