NEW YORK<\/span><\/span>, Dec. 31, 2024<\/span><\/span> \/PRNewswire\/ —\u00a0OneConstruction Group Limited (“OneConstruction<\/span> Group” or the “<\/b>Company<\/b>“)<\/b>, a structural steelwork contractor in Hong Kong<\/span>, today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 1,750,000 ordinary shares at a public offering price of US$4<\/span>.00\u00a0per share (the “Offering”). The underwriters will have a 45-day option to purchase up to 15% of the aggregate number of ordinary shares sold in the Offering. The Company’s ordinary shares are expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market on December 31, 2024<\/span>, under the ticker symbol “ONEG<\/b>“, subject to customary closing conditions.<\/p>\n

The Offering is being conducted on a firm commitment basis. American Trust Investment Services and WestPark Capital acted as Underwriters. WestPark Capital was the book-running manager for the Offering.\u00a0Hunter Taubman Fischer & Li LLC is acting as U.S. securities counsel to the Company, and Ortoli Rosenstadt LLP is acting as U.S. securities counsel to the underwriters in connection with the Offering.<\/p>\n
