This has been certificated by the calibration center in the Institute for Solar Energy Research in Hamelin (ISFH CalTeC) in <span class=\"xn-location\">Germany<\/span>. This is the 28<sup>th<\/sup> time that Trinasolar\u00a0has set and broken the world record\u00a0in cell\/module conversion efficiency or output power, further underscoring the company&#8217;s strong innovation capabilities.<\/p>\n<p>The record-breaking solar cell used the innovative rectangle wafer design that was first invented by Trinasolar. The substrate is <i>n<\/i>-type phosphorus-doped Cz silicon wafer with a high minority carrier lifetime.
